These are its main characteristics:

It can help you manage different maps in the same session, as each of them can contain different data, use different reference systems, etc.
It recognises the most widely used vector and raster formats: shp, dgn, dxf, dwg, kml, jpeg, ecw, mdb... and writes in most of them.
It runs basic operations involving browsing, selection, search, measurements, editing and printing
It allows the use of both local and remote data, the latter through a WMS source.
Update of the application via Internet.

The application is offered with a package of basic data on Navarra.
